Anyway after another morning on the golf range I got to think about my favourite dishes.So after many years in France and the many culinary delights this would be my last meal.
Starter: ½ of a Honey melon with a couple of spoons of Vodka. I'd like to start with something light.
Main course:Lamb Vindaloo (extra spicy) with Piaf rice and Nain bread


During the meal I would drink a really chilled Chardonnay.

Followed by platter of French and English cheeses with French country bread.

Desert: Carrot cake with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream.

Followed by Irish coffee.

Not very French this meal, but whatever, you can take the boy out of Surrey but you can't take the Surrey out of the boy!
