GUSTO

Last night we were looking for a nice Italian Restaurant in the area and I remembered that a friend had told me of a new one in our local village, Cogolin. The Gusto is a modern restaurant on the square where the Marie is situated, so has good car parking.
I have to say that my linguini with prawns was amazing as the pasta was firm and the tomato sauce absolutely delicious.
My wife had rascasse fish in a delicious saffron sauce with fluffy bioiled rice which she declared as being memorable, praise indeed from my wife who is a great cook!
The prices were very reasonable with the main courses between 10/16€ and the deserts were delicious.

A real find!!
