I don't actually think I am living in the real world. In Europe we are going through a recession and a lack of confidence in currencies and the banks. Living in the South of France it is apparent that there a group of people who are not touched by the things that effect mere mortals such as us!On the roads the Ferraris and Bentleys are in abundance and on the sea are many multi million pound yachts mored off the beaches so that their owners can visit the beach restaurants for lunch.
The display of wealth is blatant and I guess is part of the magic of summer in St Tropez.
Perhaps I am just being jealous! But I don't think so.
