A little bit of Paradise – The Lac Sainte Croix, Haut Var
Last Sunday we spent the day at the Lac Sainte Croix near the Gorge du Verdon. I cannot begin to describe the beauty of the little bit of paradise that is only an 80 minute drive from Sainte Maxime. We took a picnic and spent the afternoon swimming and sleeping. If you fancy a lunch in a restaurant I suggest you go to the village of Sainte Croix du Verdon which is perched on a cliff overlooking the lake.
