WYC Restaurant

After being recommended by a friend to visit the WYC restaurant on the beach at Nartelle, just after St Maxime, we waited for the tourist traffic to abate and finally made it on Sunday for lunch.
The restaurant specializes in Fish and has a wide variety cooked in different ways.
I started with Nems (chop sui rolls) made of delicious prawns and my wife had Mozzarella cheese with a very creamy interior placed on top of slices of both red and yellow tomatoes.
For our main course I had Gratin de St Jacques which was a bowl of Scallops in a wonderful creamy sauce. My wife had delicious Sea Bream accompanied by rice and vegetables. The fish was presented to her before being de-boned.
I can only describe the quality of the food as outstanding, but good value for the quality. The meal together with water and half a bottle of local red wine was around €100.
